John Goudge Band live, Dogs Bollix Fri 15 July 2011

It was cold but the crowd was hot! Thanks to the Dog's Bollix Irish Bar & the Indie Club for having John Goudge Band along. We had so much fun we are going to takeover the place for our own gig coming very soon - so watch this space!

Thanks too to the amazing crowd of friends & fans who braved the bitter wind to come & boogie. Love ya.

After a period playing private functions John Goudge Band is back with our old friends the Indie Club, this time at the famous Dogs Bollix Irish Bar in Newton, Auckland on Friday 15 July, 2011.

Friday nights have at the Bollix have become 'Pop Music for the Future' nights under the Indie Club banner. Not  sure if we are 'for the future,' but any excuse to play at the Bollix is ok by me - I think this is my fourth time playing there.

You get three bands for $10, plus a free CD from the Indie Club collection - including John Goudge - Fool Circle, normally$20. First band on around 9pm I guess, with JG Band on 2nd - say 10, 10.30pm.

The first 'pressing' of Fool Circle sold out, so a 2nd batch has been printed - so the Indie Club gig will be the first chance to get the CD again - & for $10, you get to hear some of it live & take home the CD.

We'll be playing with MUTHRTUNG, & Ghosts of Electricity. You'll have to do you own research on them.
